Cooking with Deb Drinker

Starting again in 2006!
Deb has a professional chef's degree from the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, and a certificate in Advanced Baking from CSCA. She has also studied French cooking under Monique Hanson, baking at LaNotre in Paris and wedding cakes and cake decorating at Peter Kumps in N.Y.C. She is a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals, and is a Certified Culinary Professional.

Locally, she has worked at Sienna, in So. Deerfield, MA and was the pastry chef at Unmi in Northampton. She has taught classes at Atkins Market, in her home and in other private homes. She also teaches professional baking at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, in Cambridge, Mass.

General Information

Classes are demonstration style and run for two to three hours in length starting at 6:30 p.m.

You will receive copies of all the recipes used in the class. Class menus may be altered by the instructor because of seasonal availability of the ingredients.

You will receive sample portions of the dishes demonstrated in class. Beverages will also be served.

To register for a class you must pay in full.

In order for a class to run, there must be at least 10 participants, so bring your friends!

Email us your name, address, and phone number and we will sign you up to be notified of the cooking class schedule for 2005 - 2006.

Refund Policy:

If you withdraw from a class 5 days or more before the class begins, you will receive a credit for another class. After this time no refunds or credits will be given, but you may have the class handouts. You can also send someone else in your place. Participants will receive a 10% discount off purchases at C.J. Sprong the day of the class.
